As Director of Fitness Operations and Head Performance Coach, Brian brings more than 15 years of elite-level experience in strength & conditioning and performance coaching. He holds the industry’s gold-standard Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, along with additional certifications in personal training and fitness coaching through leading organizations including NASM, AFAA, and USATF.
He has worked alongside chiropractors, neurologists, and physical therapists, collaborating with medical professionals to support a more comprehensive and effective approach to client care.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked with a wide range of high-performing individuals- from professional athletes and competitive bodybuilders to military personnel, law enforcement professionals, and everyday individuals committed to improving their health.
Prior to relocating to Florida, Brian founded and operated Prime Time Performance, LLC in New Jersey, where he developed a reputation for delivering results-driven training programs. Since 2020, he has served as Head Coach and Director of Strength & Conditioning at multiple colleges and universities, helping develop athletes at the collegiate level.

In addition to advanced strength and conditioning programming, Brian specializes in performance optimization strategies that integrate training, nutrition, and modern supplementation protocols. He provides education and consulting on emerging advancements in supplementation, including peptides and GLP-based metabolic support, helping clients implement evidence-informed strategies to improve recovery, performance, and overall health.
Brian’s coaching philosophy is rooted in his own background as a competitive athlete.
He was an All-American athlete in 2005 and began his collegiate career at the University of Miami before transferring to Cornell University, where he helped win both an Ivy League Championship and an IC4A Championship in Track & Field.
After graduating from Cornell, Brian attended law school at the University of Miami before ultimately deciding to pursue his true passion- helping others reach their highest levels of physical performance and long-term health.
Today, Brian has coached hundreds of clients from all walks of life- from retirees focused on longevity and quality of life to elite athletes pursuing national and Olympic-level competition.

As a mindset consultant with a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Katie focuses on helping clients break self-sabotaging habits and build routines that last. With eight years of experience in fitness coaching, she works with clients to better align their mindset with their physical goals.
Her approach combines behavioral science with structured training, with a focus on habit formation, mindset shifts, and sustainable change. With a background in education, she is able to break down concepts in a way that is clear, practical, and easy to apply.
Katie also incorporates yoga and meditation to support recovery, awareness, and consistency. She works closely with clients to shift limiting beliefs and create habits that feel natural, rather than forced.
Her philosophy is rooted in alignment. When your mindset, habits, and actions work together, progress becomes consistent—and results become something you can maintain.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Certified Health Coach, GG takes an evidence-based approach to training. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences with a Fitness Specialist concentration.
Her background allows her to design programs rooted in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and proven training principles to support both performance and long-term health.
In addition to personal training, GG is also a spin instructor and leads group HIIT classes, bringing both energy and structure to her sessions. She focuses on helping clients build confidence through effective training while developing sustainable habits that lead to consistent results.
Her approach emphasizes proper movement patterns, progressive overload, and individualized programming so clients not only see progress, but understand how to maintain it.
She is passionate about making fitness an enjoyable and empowering part of a busy lifestyle, helping clients integrate training into their routine in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and repeatable over time.
